• All services, memberships, and package purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Unused package hours may be transferred to another individual upon written request and with management approval.
• Packages are intended for the exclusive use of the original purchaser and may not be shared or divided among multiple individuals unless a transfer has been approved.

To provide the highest level of care and accommodate all scheduled clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Notification may be made by phone, text message, or email.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to the forfeiture of the scheduled session or applicable cancellation fees.

We sincerely appreciate your courtesy, cooperation, and respect for our scheduling policies.

• Groupon offers are limited to one purchase and one redemption per person every 90 days.
• Groupon promotions are intended for new clients who have not redeemed a Groupon offer within the previous 90 days.
• Groupon vouchers are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or package pricing unless otherwise stated.

To protect the privacy, dignity, and comfort of every client, photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited anywhere within the facility without prior written authorization from management.

Unauthorized recording may result in the immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services. We are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and confidential environment for every client.
